AllPro Printing is not responsible for verifying accuracy of data that is provided by a customer generated list. Our list preparation process will standardize address formats that are provided in an acceptable structure. Our list processing procedures cannot create mailable addresses from incomplete or improperly formatted address information.

Acceptable List Formats

• .txt - tab/comma delimited
• .dbf - database file - dBase
• .csv - comma separated/delimited
• .xls - excel spreadsheet

If your list is submitted in a different format and needs to be converted this could result in additional processing delays and higher costs. The extensions that we provided above are types of files that can be saved from your PC programs such as ACT, Excel, Label Maker and Outlook. There are other programs which can save your list files as well. For example:

When preparing your database/list for our team to process, please remember that each record (name, address, etc.) should be in one separate row. The individual pieces that make up that record should be provided in separate fields
